👨🍳 Preparación
-
1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a small individual pie mold.
-
2
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the chopped onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until soft and translucent.
-
3
Add the minced beef, break it apart with a wooden spoon and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until evenly browned.
-
4
Sprinkle the flour over the meat, stir well for 1 minute, then pour in the beef stock and add the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the mixture thickens into a rich, glossy gravy.
-
5
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line the bottom and sides of the pie mold, trimming the excess edges.
-
6
Spoon the meat filling into the pastry-lined mold and spread it evenly.
-
7
Cover with the puff pastry sheet, press the edges firmly with a fork to seal, and cut 3 small slits on top to release steam.
-
8
Brush the top generously with beaten egg to achieve a golden, glossy finish.
-
9
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the crust is puffed, crisp and deep golden brown.
-
10
Let the pie rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm accompanied by tomato sauce (ketchup).
